  • Use of indoor and outdoor arena

  • Large 12'x12' rubber matted stall

  • Tack locker

  • Up to 2 grain feedings (owner provides grain)

  • Blanketing & booting

  • Hacking trails

  • Own vet/farrier required

  • Use of indoor and outdoor arena

  • Daily care provided for emergencies or vacationing at additional fee​
